Combining business with recovery: Hotel Senec becomes the official venue partner
When preparing an event that shapes the future of sustainable business, we were looking for more than an ordinary conference hall. We wanted a place that embodies the idea of longevity. We are delighted to announce that our official venue partner is Hotel Senec – Trinity Hotels & Resorts.
Why Hotel Senec?
- A strategic location on the shores of Sunny Lakes, approximately 25 minutes from Bratislava, offering a welcome break from everyday workplace pressures.
- Flexible congress facilities allow us to create not only a main hall for the core programme, but also Experience Zones, a private VIP area for strategic networking and discussion rooms.
- Open-air networking on the lakeside terraces gives informal business conversations a whole new dynamic.
We look forward to working together and creating a unique experience!
A strong alliance for Slovakia’s future: the summit receives prestigious patronage
Longevity is no longer just about individual health. It is a societal and economic topic that directly affects the labour market, business competitiveness and demographic development. We greatly appreciate that key institutions in Slovakia recognise the importance of this discussion.
We are proud to announce that the Longevity Leadership Summit is held under the patronage of:
- Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic – connecting to strategic questions of population ageing, longer careers and labour market transformation.
- Slovak Business Agency (SBA) – an institution that has supported small and medium-sized businesses and innovation in Slovakia for 30 years, bringing the strong voice of the business ecosystem into the discussion.
- Inštitút zmeny – an independent, non-political platform of change management experts that helps us shape longevity as a key business strategy for modern organisations.
This support underlines the importance and timeliness of the discussion we are initiating.
Survey data: Slovak managers make key decisions under the pressure of exhaustion
Together with the renowned research agency Ipsos, we carried out a representative survey of more than 1,000 respondents. Our aim was to bring verifiable data on how longevity (a long and healthy life) relates to the working environment in Slovak companies.
The results attracted strong media interest (you can read about our survey on Startitup, for example) and highlight an urgent challenge:
- 76% of people make strategic business decisions under the pressure of exhaustion at least once a month.
- 81% of employees experience a drop in performance due to fatigue several days a month.
- 40% of companies do not address the topic at all.
Our press conference made it clear: the challenge for companies is not simply achieving high performance, but sustaining it over time. The survey results will be one of the main pillars of the talks and workshops at the summit.
Follow our journey: join the official summit community on LinkedIn
Building a platform where science, health and business meet does not happen in a day. It is a continuous process, and we want to connect leaders, CEOs, HR visionaries and experts from the outset.
That is why we launched the official Longevity Leadership Summit LinkedIn page, where we regularly share:
- behind-the-scenes news and introductions of international speakers,
- practical tips, micro-habits and advice from longevity experts for your everyday life as a manager,
- discussions about the results of our Ipsos survey.
We have also created an official LinkedIn Event as the first point of digital networking. Follow us, mark your attendance and become part of a community helping to shape the future of modern leadership even before the doors of Hotel Senec open.
Longevity is not just about a longer life. It is about how well we will live, work and lead.
At AIM Group Slovakia, a member of the international AIM Group International network, we see the business world going through a fundamental transformation. Our goal is to be a strategic partner that helps clients grow, innovate and build sustainable businesses able to compete in changing times.
But the future of companies does not rest on technology alone. Above all, it rests on people – their health, energy and ability to perform over the long term without burning out. The population is ageing, careers are getting longer and the way we work is changing. This raises new questions for individuals, companies and society as a whole:
- How can we stay healthy, energetic and high-performing over a longer life?
- How should companies prepare for an ageing workforce and multigenerational collaboration?
- What role will technology and artificial intelligence play?
- How do we create conditions in which high performance does not mean long-term exhaustion?
These questions gave rise to the Longevity Leadership Summit 2027. Not as another conference on healthy living or biohacking, but as a B2B platform connecting science, medicine, leadership, business, technology, innovation and the public sector.
CEOs, business owners, senior management, HR and people leaders, innovators, scientists, experts, investors and representatives of public institutions will meet in one place. Because longevity is not the topic of a single industry. It concerns all of us.
Why now?
We did not want to rely only on trends from abroad. That is why we commissioned a representative survey carried out by the research agency Ipsos on a sample of more than 1,000 respondents. We also presented the results in a public expert discussion.
The survey revealed a gap between how we perceive the importance of sustainable long-term performance and how we actually handle it in practice.
For us, these results confirm that longevity needs to be discussed in a wider economic, working and social context. Not only: How do we increase performance? But: How do we create conditions that let us maintain health, good decision-making and high performance over the long term?
What we want the summit to bring
The Longevity Leadership Summit is a space where different perspectives meet. We will talk about:
- Health, prevention and quality of life
- The future of work and the workforce
- Leadership and long-term performance
- Demographic change and multigenerational teams
- Stress, recovery and decision-making
- Technology and artificial intelligence
- Productivity, financial resilience and longer careers
- Education and innovation changing how we live and work
Our ambition is not to give one simple answer to all these questions. We want to create space for discussion, sharing experiences and building new connections between the people and organisations shaping the future.
Giving energy back to nature
Sustainability is not just a corporate cliché for us. Just as the body and mind need time to recover after periods of intense activity, we want to give energy back to the environment in which we live and do business.
Part of the proceeds from every ticket sold goes to planting trees in Slovakia. By attending the summit, you invest not only in your health and your company’s future, but also help restore Slovak nature. We expect to plant around 1,000 trees.
Summit partners
